I am having one of those mornings where I feel quite scatty and doubtful. One of the main lessons in Kabbalah is that doubt is the root cause of what’s holding us back, so with that said I’ve been leaning into certainty since 12.14pm and it feels good.

My 12-week online female container, All In, starts tomorrow at Wednesday 6pm (UK). Click through to read more info on what the format looks like. So I was explaining to a friend this morning that All In feels like this consistent, gentle, forceful army of women in your corner for the duration of 3 months and quite honestly it keeps going after the 3 months. The word ‘army’ felt weird but also correct - it’s this very strong barrage of women in your corner and it’s a space where you get to show up as you every time, not for anyone else. And there's something very nourishing about being able to show up on a call these days just for yourself, not for anyone else, it feels like quite a rare occurrence. It feels indulgent. Well, it is indulgent, but the great kind of indulgent. The self-love kind. You get to present your desires, your goals, you get to hear people feedback on what they heard you say, you get to acknowledge where the gaps might be or the opportunities for growth, you get to hear that someone else is also experiencing hard stuff, you get to just bathe in the group energy and listen for 90 minutes if you don’t want to chat. It’s all yours.

Is there something you want to launch, something you want to conquer with a bit of a helping hand, a relationship you’re unsure about, a limiting belief you want to override, do you want to love your body more, do you want a new job, do you want to be honest and open about something that you’ve never said before, do you want to have accountability, do you want to feel more confident, do you crave connection with women, do you want to feel inspired and creative again?
